photo shop request plz any1

here is a picture of my bmw its blue and i want 2 spray it white and put a set of 19 inch deep dish alloys on it whit black centre and chrome lip multi spoke i have a picture of the car but none of the wheels as my photobucket isnt workin 2 well can any 1 do the car and put the wheels on so i can see plz would appreciate it big time thanks thumbup thumbup thumbup
